I Found on Utube an interview Tom gave giving Fans a look into the story plot of the Apparition unfortunately the sound is not perfect but take a look Below.

I also found an Interview conducted by The Snitchseeker with Director Todd Lincoln talking about Tom and his Audition for The Apparition . He mentions Tom's enthusiasm and interest in the paranormal. Tom was well informed with the Technical Terms .

Now we know why when attending a Harry Potter Fancy dress Party one Halloween Tom declined to go as a dalmation pup and chose to go as a Ghostbuster. You can see him here with Girlfriend Jade as Cruelle De Ville.

Here is the Transcript of Todd's Interview

“His audition was a very bold, effortless, iconic kind of audition. He was great with a lot of the technical terms and on his own he was interested in the paranormal. He watched all these ghost hunter shows and he loves this stuff. And I’d seen him grown as an actor and a person in the Harry Potter films, and he wanted to do something very different and I thought it was cool, this idea of a younger savvier guy being more the leader/expert character with this experiment in this film instead of doing the typical, ‘Okay, here’s the older character actor that you’re going to bring in and pay a lot of money to for two days’. It just seemed like a fresher choice.” 

Tom has an interest like me in the Paranormal.

Warner Bros release 4 New photos & Interview with TOM

Warner Bros have released 4 NEW photos today from THE APPARITION . All are high resolution  movie stills and behind the scene shots. They are from the up and coming supernatural thriller finally to be released 24th August 2012  in the US. For those in Germany pencil in the 13th December as yet there are no other release dates yet for the UK.

TOM  portrays  Patrick college friend  of Ben (Sebastian Stan) a parnormal  Expert  who is drawn to the premise

TOM told us : 

"It's not a random cabin in the middle of the woods," Felton says. "It's based on something which people can relate to: an ordinary life, an ordinary day, an ordinary house." Tom Felton says that the role of Patrick was an appealing challenge. "It's way out of my comfort zone. It was nothing like what I'd done before Lincoln notes, "I wanted to cast a younger, savvy guy with an edge as the scientific expert. Tom is an interesting actor and I'm excited for people to see him in this very different role." Tom Felton recalls seeing ''ghost consultant" on the crew list and wondering, "What the hell is that?" The consultant was, in fact, real-life ghost hunter Joshua Warren, who was enlisted to lend his expertise. Felton reveals, "The research freaked me out to the point where when we came on set for the opening segment, I wanted to make sure all the machines were turned off during shooting our 'experiment.' I was convinced we were actually going to create something out of nothing. Joshua made it all so real."
