TIMBERS or TIMBERLANDS
Tom is a GREAT lover and softie with dogs as he said once given the choice of
a car or a pup the puppy would WIN.
Timbers or Timbs (as she became known as) was born 22nd October 2006 was a beautiful , faithful Chesapake BayRetriever and stole not just Tom's heart but all those in Tom's Family and then became a friend and companion to Jade - "Her Brown Bear".
Timbers when possible visited LevesdonStudios and became known to Tom's co stars and was no doubt spoilt by one and all especially the girls.
In a recent interview in the Sunday Express Tom recollects words spoken to him by his wise mum at the time he bought Timbers .
The best day of my life was… buying my dog Timber. My mum stressed to me that getting a dog was a bigger responsibility than I was capable of taking on, but with hindsight it proved I was able to make that commitment.
